A foray into Lincoln!

Usually have a cone of chips from an excellent chippy in Lincoln, 'The Sign of the Fish'
As a rule it's only feral pigeons that arrive, but today several juvenille starlings. Much cheekier and faster than the pigeons!

Bought a couple of bunnies for the pot, or more precisely for the chilli and chocolate!

Steps down to the Witham provided by the local council for our convenience.
Its a pretty spot! The apache chilli is now in flower. An accompaniment for rabbit and chocolate!

I'd like a greyhound but it's not to be!

George's spuds!

George throws his potato peeling from home on his allotment compost heaps (he has several) and gets a nice crop of potatoes from them!

First flower!

My very first courgette flower, planted a bit late, but plenty of time!
Spinach, Chinese cabbage, pak choi and lambs lettuce seeds have all germinated!

Dakota over the plot!

Waddington air show today, the Red Arrows and this Dakota flew over the allotments.
