Autumn round the corner!

Digging and raking where my potatoes were. This will be for over wintering vegetables such as spring cabbage, onions, garlic etc.
Runner beans and carrots for dinner! This is the floral barrier betwixt strawberries and caulies; apparently they don't make good neighbours!

Julian gets a new hat!

After a day watering and weeding, I took just sufficient for my needs.

Glorious sunshine yet again!

My fussed over from seeds romanesco have started to form heads!!! In my small tunnel, the melon plants are coming along in scorching temperatures with lots of water!

It's very nice to have fresh strawberries on my morning visit to thr allotment!

Cleaned and ready for the kitchen! My own garlic and an over winter Japanese onion, going towards a stir fry with a few of my sugar snap peas!
